This post was made back in February, and as the post says, it was for a limited time. We can’t afford to give the book away free forever. :)
The only email address given in the book is for my publisher. I can assure you that the email address is a good one. If you continue to have difficulty with that, let me know.

book says ‘you can contact Jim through website……….’ on that site it says ‘contact Jim’; there; it gives another website that ‘fails’
